Phase I: Schematic Office and Optical Design
The Schematic
Office and Optical Design Phase is the cornerstone of the
design process. Our experienced design team prepares a preliminary
floor plan based upon your requirements. The plan is a detailed
diagram of the optical dispensary or the entire office, showing
furniture placements as well as traffic flow patterns for
your patients and staff.

Phase II:
Supplementary Office and Optical Design
The
Supplementary Plans include Electrical, Ceiling and Dimension
drawings. In creating the total environment, electrical and
ceiling designs are critical to the overall office. The Electrical
Plan details the location of electrical outlets pertaining to Eye Designs frame displays only. The Ceiling Plan shows recommendations for ceiling
systems and lighting fixtures. The Dimension Plan outlines
the critical wall dimensions as well as detailed soffit and
special interior wall elevations. The Supplementary Plans
can be drawn for the optical or the complete office at various
design and cost levels.

Phase III: Interior Design & Furniture Design
 Your
project is brought to three-dimensional life. An interior
design professional will work with you in the selection of
the display colors and finishes. Once these items have been
selected, perspective drawings are prepared of the displays
and furniture. After your final approval, the furniture is
custom manufactured. See your final choices come to life in
a color 3D drawing. Interior Design levels vary from just
optical display finishes to complete office interior design.
The final result is a quality interior that maximizes your
profits and defines your image as a trusted success.

proposed space. Our design team will create a complimentary
floor plan for your review.
