We have put together this visual representation that tells your story as you travel through the process with the Eye Designs Group by your side. After you contact us our team goes to work creating your PHASE 1. This includes your complimentary space plan, 3D views and project proposal. Our experts are here to help you design your space in a manner that engages customers and maximizes the patient experience. We also focus on sight lines, patient throughput and efficiency, whether it’s the entire office or just the optical. Your project officially begins when we receive your good faith deposit. A representative will work with you to schedule a time for you to visit our professional design center. This is also when you will enter into PHASE 2 and PHASE 3 of your project. PHASE 2 includes the development of your dimensional plans as well as your electrical, reflective ceiling plans and lighting design. PHASE 3 is when you meet and work with one of our professional interior designers to select colors, finishes, flooring and every aspect of your new interior. Next, we send you the sign-off package, which includes all the details of your order. This is also when you enter into PHASE 4, where we can work together to create custom signage, branding, industry specific wall art and merchandising. Once we receive your approved sign-offs and production deposit we begin production of your furniture and send you an email to confirm the date production will be complete. When your furniture is nearing the end of production we contact you to confirm delivery. All on-site construction at your location needs to be finished for delivery. Your furniture is carefully packed in an enclosed “air ride” delivery vehicle. The remaining balance on your order is due upon delivery. We employ professionals who ensure your new furniture is shipped safely and is ready to capture the attention of your customers.
